Grow your own meat birds? We will butcher, process, and package your birds for you. Contact us for more information or to schedule a butcher date! We are open for custom butchering May through October. 

2026 Pricing

Meat Chickens - $5.00 per bird

includes butchering, processing, and packaging whole-bird.

*additional $0.50 for gizzards, $0.25 for livers, $0.25 for hearts per bird​

*Oversize charge additional $1.00 per bird (Oversize = 10lb+ liveweight)

Halved Chickens - $7.00 per bird

includes cut in half and vacuum-sealed. 

10-piece Cuts - $7.00 per bird

includes separating into 10-pieces: breast, tender, leg, thigh, wing and bagging. 

(This option is provided for customers who prefer to repackage their cuts.)

Vacuum-sealed 10-piece Cuts - $8.00 per bird

includes separating into 10-pieces: breast, tender, leg, thigh, wing and vacuum-sealing.

Layer Hens and Roosters (Non-Meat Birds) - $5.00 per bird

*additional $0.50 for gizzards, $0.25 for livers, $0.25 for hearts per bird​

Turkeys - $15.00 per turkey up to 30lbs

*$0.50/lb for over 30lbs

Ducks - $10.00 per duck
